David Horwood Limited is a progressive land surveying firm based in Markham, Ontario providing professionally oriented and personalized service to clients in southern Ontario and abroad. David Horwood, an Ontario Land Surveyor and Canada Lands Surveyor, is our president and brings more than 40 years of experience to our firm.

Our staff includes a complement of Ontario Land Surveyors, Canada Lands Surveyors and certified survey technicians. Each member of our staff offers well-rounded experience, knowledge and skill to provide our clients with outstanding land survey services in a timely fashion.

At David Horwood Limited, our versatility is our expertise. We provide a wide variety of land survey services. We also provide investigation, evaluation and reporting of land related issues to assist clients from the preliminary stages to the finalization of specific projects.

Our expertise also extends to Geographic Information Management (GIM). Whether designing or maintaining land related information systems, we ensure that our product is sufficient for our clients' spatial data needs.

We provide land survey services to private property owners, small and large land developers, large corporations, utility companies as well as municipal, provincial and federal governments. We've completed a vast number of projects over the last 40 plus years.
